Additionally, none of said content may be used for NFTs (“Non-Fungible Tokens”). They may not be used to train AI or used as prompts for derivative works.

Commissioned Project

Studio Milk Matcha retains the right to display and promote commissioned artwork. We hold the copyright to the work, including its reproduction rights. The client may not edit, claim ownership, and/or profit off said artwork.

Commercial work is subject to additional terms which will be detailed in a legally enforceable contract signed by both parties.

Payment terms and project deliverables will be discussed on a per project basis.
